Filling a new Mail Order prescription?
Follow these five simple steps.

1) Click Rx Search to determine if a medication has been approved for mail order. If your medication is included in our database and listed as "Available Through Mail Order," you may order a 90-day supply with a doctor's prescription form.

2) Get the prescription from your doctor. For your first order, ask your doctor to write two prescriptions–one for up to 30 days to be filled at your local pharmacy, and one to last up to 90 days which you will send to Medco, MVP's Mail Order Pharmacy agent.

3) Get the Mail Order Pharmacy order form. You may download it now or call 1-888-MVP-MBRS (1-888-687-6277) and MVP will mail one to you promptly. (Downloading the order form requires the Adobe Acrobat Plug-in. If you do not have it, get the plug-in here.) You can also set up your account on-line and have your doctor fax your prescriptions directly to Medco. Click here to connect and follow the instructions.

4) Determine your copayment. Generally, MVP members receive three months of mail order medications for the cost of two months of copayment, or 3-for-2 savings. In other words, say your normal prescription copayment is $20 for a 30-day supply. With the MVP Mail Order Pharmacy, you will pay $40 for a 90-day supply–instead of $60–a savings of $20! 5) Mail in your order. Complete and sign the order form and attach the 90-day prescription with your copayment or billing information. Then, mail everything to:

Refill By Phone:
Call toll-free 1-800-716-3752. Have your prescription number, name and credit card information available.

Refill Online:
Click here to connect directly to Medco and order your refills over the Internet. Simply enter your prescription numbers, method of payment and contact information and your refill medications will be filled and delivered to your doorstep.

Refill By Mail:
Complete the order form enclosed with your most recent delivery from Medco and, if your health has changed, update your health profile. Complete the refill section, enclose payment and mail to:
