Hours of work
|
|
Our normal hours of work are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week). Our customer service phone lines are open to the public from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. Members can also take advantage of our nurseline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Locations

MVP's main offices are located in Schenectady and Rochester, NY. We also have regional offices in Fishkill, Syracuse and Utica, NY; Williston, VT and Bedford, NH.

Dress Code
|
|
Business Casual Dress is appropriate everyday for those employees who do not have direct customer contact.
|

Company Events
|
|
We take the time to congratulate and thank our employees for all of their hard work and dedication. That's why we make it a priority to have fun! We recognize the accomplishments of our employees with events like these throughout the year: company-wide summer event, holiday pizza parties, Cookies with Santa (for children of employees), Coworker Appreciation Day, and other individual and team recognition and events.
