Brokers in All Other Regions

In order for a broker to become a participating member of the MVP Broker Program, the following procedures are required:

1. Contact the appropriate dedicated MVP Sales Executive to obtain a rate quote for the new prospective group.
   
   
2. Once the group is sold, the broker should contact Broker Services.
   
   
3. Broker Services will then send an MVP Broker Agreement and request for additional documentation.
   
   
4. If accepted as a member of MVP's Broker Program, any future group of two or more eligible members may be submitted by the broker and, if accepted by MVP, commission will be paid on that accepted group.
